Emma Fielden’s mesmerizing exhibition, ‘Hours of Stars,’ takes shape within Passage as an installation presented in two distinct iterations. Initially, a constellation of 108 hand-cast chalk rocks are delicately suspended in the gallery's black expanse, evoking the celestial beauty of a star-studded night sky.

The heart of Fielden’s exhibition lies in a transformative moment—a performative act scheduled for April 5th. During this event, the artist, embodying both creator and change agent, will sever the threads connecting the chalk rocks to the heavens. This symbolic act will initiate a celestial descent, as each rock shatters upon black paper below, signifying not only an end but also the birth of a new constellation.

Starting at 7 PM, guests are invited to Passage for the performance, followed by an artist talk between Emma Fielden and Passage Co-Director Marco Rinaldi. Afterwards, we invite you to join us for dinner at the Chinese Noodle Restaurant located downstairs.
